The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of ElaineNgan.Com. The website was based on our ready-made Flexibility II website template and has an improved gallery and integrated video system. The website uses HTML, CSS, Flash and PHP technology to deliver a sleek and fast solution. Launch of StringBagCo.Com
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of StringBagCo.Com. The website was based on our ready-made Piccolo I website template and has an integrated PayPal shopping cart system. The website uses HTML, CSS and Javascript technology and provides a simple yet effective way of distributing a small range of products. Launch of the Piccolo, Flexibility and ColourMatic Ready-Made Websites
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of a new range of ready-made websites.
The Piccolo I, Flexibility I, Flexibility II and ColourMatic websites provide businesses with a way to implement a world class web presence in less time and for a fraction of the cost of a traditional project. This is achieved by reducing the Graphic Design elements of the project. Typical cost savings are in the order of 65% and implementation times are cut form 6-weeks to just 2-weeks.
The Piccolo I ready-made website is a 1-page solution that has been developed for sole traders who need a very simple web presence.
The Flexibility I and Flexibility II websites are 4 to 40 page solutions and are intended for small to medium enterprises who have reasonably static content (ie typically changes monthly).
The ColourMatic website is based on a powerful content management system. It can host an unlimited number of pages. It can be updated by users via a hierarchical administration system and can be used in an enterprise work environment to manage workflow. It can be used for portals, large corporate websites, e-commerce or collaboration groups.

Launch of "Flipping Book" Web Commerce Application
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of the "Flipping Book" web commerce application. Based on a book/ brochure metaphor the flipping book allows suppliers to present their products in a more exciting way than traditional shopping carts. Google Re certify the London Web Factory
It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Google has re certified that the London Web Factory is qualified to manage Google Adwords campaigns. The London Web Factory was initially certified in 2005. However, due to the continually changing nature of the Google search engine practitioners must resit the exam and prove that they are properly managing client campaigns every two years. Google Adwords is the premier Pay Per Click service and presents adds and banners to over 85% of the internet. Pay Per Click involves paying a small fee every time somebody clicks on your advert. Your position on the search engine is governed by a complex algorithm that involves results from a search engine spider, the click through rate and the price you are willing to pay. By optimizing your adverts and pages you can greatly reduce your advertising costs.

Launch of www.MusicDownloadsForKids.com
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of www.musicdownloadsforkids.com. The project took under two months to complete and is based on a mixture of PHP and Flash technology. The project tasks included producing the specification, design the artwork, copy writing building the site and launching it into the live environment. The project also included a mentored training programme where users were taught to design, produce and operate internet marketing campaigns. The website features a sophisticated PHP/MYSQL shopping cart system which allows members to login, buy mp3 songs online and download them without intervention from the sales team. It also features an order processing, statistical tracking, content management and a secure online payment system.

The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of www.aphrodisiaclingerie.com. This website is based on a mixture of HTML and PHP technology. The project tasks included producing the specification, design the artwork, building the site and launching it into the live environment. The project also included a mentored training programme where users were taught to design, produce and operate internet marketing campaigns. Users were also taught how to carry out basic graphic design tasks, therefore greatly reducing through life costs. The website features a sophisticated PHP/MYSQL shopping cart system which allows members to login and buy lingerie online. It also features an order processing, statistical tracking, content management and a secure online payment system.

The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of www.lyntonhotel.co.uk. This is a standard html website and the project tasks included producing the specification, design the artwork, copy writing, building the site and launching it into the live environment. The project also included a mentored training programme where users were taught to design, produce and operate internet marketing campaigns. The website also features a sophisticated statistical tracking system that allows the users to find out which internet marketing campaigns provide the best return in investment.

Launch of www.lenticularproofing.com
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of www.lenticularproofing.com. Lenticulars are holographic like images that can display quasi 3d images or animations. The site provides the first known online application in the world that will allow a client to pay for a lenticular proofing service, upload their static images, convert them into a lenticular simulation using the online proofing tool and sign them off. The process is described in more detail in the online training videos that accompany the site. The website features secure online payments, sales order processing, an online lenticular proofing tool and online sign-off.

Launch of www.face-station.com
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of www.face-station.com. Facestation is an integrated image capture and printing system that lets you offer clients full colour 3D animated portraits in real time. The website features a mixture of html and flash animations that show users how the system operates. The project tasks included design, copy writing, build and launch of the site. Users were also taught how to update the site using Macromedia content management software.

Ling + Ling select the London Web Factory to produce the new Tanya Ling website.
Ling + Ling have today appointed the London Web Factory to produce the new Tanya Ling (www.tanyaling.com) website. Tanya is one of the UK's most successful fashion illustrators and here work has been shown in text books and exhibitions all around the globe. The website will be launched at the beginning of September in time for the new autumn season. The website will utilize flash technology and will provide the customer with the ability to update text and photographs without the need for a web developer.

Search engine marketing mentored training programme designed and delivered to Unidata.
Unidata the London based electrical contractor have commissioned the London Web Factory to design and deliver a mentored training for their internal marketing team. Unidata are anticipating that these new in-house capabilities will greatly support their marketing drive into European and global markets.

Graphic Aspects the London based graphic design agency today launched their brand new website www.graphicaspects.com. Designed and produced by the London Web Factory, in partnership with their own designers, the new website will greatly support their new marketing drive which is focused on London based SMEs.

Launch of Online Fishing Shop
The London Web Factory is pleased to announce the launch of the online fishing shop which is a project that was carried out on behalf of Robertsons Fishing Tackle. Robertsons are one of the largest resellers of fishing tackle accessories in the UK and have 15 full time staff at their 3,500 square meters facility in Dagenham. The website features a sophisticated PHP/MYSQL shopping cart system which supports member login, sales order processing, statistical tracking, content management and a secure online procurement. The scope of the project involved developing the website and training customer staff to operate and market the site via search engines. Initial sales figures are excellent and Robertsons expect to achieve a full return on their investment in a matter of weeks.

Launch of London Web Factory.
We are please to announce that Real World Solutions has re branded as the London Web Factory and that we have moved to larger premises to facilitate business growth. Real World Solutions was initially formed in 1999 to provide software project management services and training to the digital TV and New Media industries. However, since 2004 RWS has been dedicated to providing web based solutions and it was felt that it was important to re brand to reflect the true nature of our business. Unidata the large London based electrical contractor today launched their brand new website www.unidatauk.com. Golf Bidder Subscribe to Mentored Bulk Email Training Programme.
Most people thing of training as attending an external course or seminar. However, classroom based training has many problems and often fails to meet the required performance objectives. We have been developing custom on-the-job mentored training programmes since 1999. Our latest mentored training programme has been designed for Golf Bidder, the UK's online golf auction site. The course has been designed to enable the company's internal staff to design, code, distribute and statistically evaluate bulk emailing campaigns. The training programme will significantly reduce Golf Bidders marketing costs and will greatly improve customer communications.

Premier Promotions Subscribe to Internet Marketing and Mentored Training Programme.
We have recently been chosen as a technology supplier by Premier Promotions, a successful off-shore financial services consultancy. The project will be broken into 3 phases. 1) In the first phase of the project we will work with Bullet London to develop internet marketing tools and landing pages. 2) In the second phase of the project we will establish a search engine presence on the world’s major search engines. 3) In the final phase, we will provide a mentored training programme to allow the Premier Marketing team to plan, launch and operate internet marketing campaigns internally. This will significantly reduce marketing costs and will improve the speed and efficiency by which the company generates sales leads.

Sears Davies Designs Choose RWS as Technology Supplier.
Sears Davies, the well known London based graphic design company has chosen us to support their latest interactive CD ROM project. The CD will be produced for a well known international merchant bank and will be developed using Macromedia Flash MX2004 and actionscript. The project will involve integrating over 300 pages of text and graphics as well as over 200 external assets such as PDF files, Power Point presentations and videos. Once completed, the CD will be distributed to approximately 200 world wide sales professionals who will used it as a presentation tool to promote the company's products.

Spares Calculator 2.0 Launch
We are proud to announce the launch of Spares Calculator 2.0. Spares Calculator is a logistics planning tool which is used by military and commercial organisations to forecast spare parts quantities. Spares Calculator is a desktop application that was produced using PV funds and was developed using C++ and VB.net tools held in the the Microsoft Visual Studio suite of products.
